P. Gomathinayagam - Chief Executive Officer

Gomathinayagam has 40 years experience in power plant, refineries and equipments. He has provided consultancy services to various blue chip companies. He is also a director at Bashgo maintenance services. He was Vice President at Prumatech till 2005. During this period he promoted maintenance activities and acquired orders from Reliance, Essar, India Pistons, EID Parry, Sterlite Copper, Hindustan Zinc, Will fly pumps, etc.,

He is an expert in Health Survey of Plant, Machinery and turnkey projects. He has led a team in assessing, dismantling, refurbishing and implementing Plant & Machineries in India, Taiwan, Korea, Srilanka, Middle East and also in Europe at minimum cost and time.

V. Varadharajan (Raj)

Raj is a MBA qualified management and IT Professional, Certified MSP Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation certificate holder, with extensive experience in business development, Programme, Project and Change Management.

Raj has 20 years experience in information Technology and Project Management.

He has worked in public and private sector organisations based in U.K. and India and delivered various projects and programmes and ensured that changes are implemented successfully as planned. He has managed a team of project managers and ensured that projects outputs are delivered and the outcomes are achieved and the benefits are realised.

He previously founded Software Development and Education Company and differentiated company by obtaining Accreditation from Government of India.

Raj has developed particular expertise in the fields of Programme Management and Benefit Realisation. He produced the benefit realisation guideline document for managers which enable them to identify and realise the benefits.
